In keeping with our creed "Serving the Community Where the Spirit Leads", the purpose of this conference is to provide training for churches - pastors, ministry staffs, and lay leadership who are interested in developing an outreach-focused church with an evangelistic heart.
The format is 2 days of speakers, breakout sessions (workshops), displays, and worship, to help educate and motivate churches along this theme. (This format is used generally as a way of increasing involvement and providing an in-depth training time, as well as allowing networking time among the people from other churches.)
Day 1 will be for more in-depth training and will have a smaller number of participants
Day 2 will "stand alone" and will seek to involve a broader range of participants.

Key Note Speakers
Ed Rosenberry is the Executive Director of the Churches of God, General Conference and a passionate communicator of practical, biblical leadership. A graduate of Shippensburg University and Evangelical School of Theology, Ed has more than 30 years of pastoral experience.
Steve Dunn is the Lead (Senior) Pastor of the Church of God of Landisville. Prior to Landisville he served as denominational Associate for Leadership, denominational Director of Youth Ministry, and pastorates in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana. His doctoral thesis was “Fanning Into Flame … Understandings and Strategies to Implement a Spiritual DNA of Outreach in a Local Church” based on his experiences at Landisville. Steve's passion is evangelism and transformational leadership. Steve is a graduate of Dickinson College and Winebrenner Theological Seminary.
Linda Draper is former editor of The Church Advocate, a Churches of God Publication. A pastor's wife, Linda received her doctorate from Ashland Theological Seminary and is a life-long prayer warrior and gifted retreat leader. She has a strong ministry of discipling tied to Winebrenner Seminary and the University of Findlay Communities
